On Saturday 21 July 2018, 35 of our Year 10 students and leaders set off on an amazing adventure to China to undertake a 4-week expedition.  The students are given an itinerary and a budget and have the responsibility for working together to run the expedition (with the support of the leaders).  They will complete a project in a poor rural area near Chengdu as well as two tough treks – Emeishan and Huashan.  As well as immersing themselves in the local culture and customs, coping with a different language, they will also visit a Panda Sanctuary, see the Terra Cotta Warriors in Xi’an and the Great Wall of China, along with various temples and Palaces.  An amazing experience that they have all worked hard for.  If you would like to follow our adventures please visit our Expedition website:-
