You are welcome to contact members of staff.  The usual procedure on matters relating to your child or their subjects, is to contact your child’s Form Tutor, initially.

Email communication is used by staff on a daily basis and is a good way of making contact directly with them.

Our staff email addresses follow the format: initial.surname@holmfirthhigh.co.uk

For example, if we had a staff member called Andrew Smith, his email address would be: a.smith@holmfirthhigh.co.uk

To telephone, use the main school number and press the extension number, if you know it, or wait for the receptionist.

Please be aware that, without prior arrangement, you may not be able to speak directly to a member of staff , as they may be teaching or in meetings etc.  However, you will be able to leave a message and the member of staff will call you back as soon as they are able.
